The Daughter will be traveling to The Netherlands in May. She'll visit 5 cities in 10 days: Paris, Prague, Berlin, Amsterdam, and London. Her school gives its students a travel grant to be used during the summer between the two semesters. Let me translate. The people paying the tuition (that would be The Parents) are basically paying for the trip. All part of the tuition. Sort of like having them add 3K to the tuition and then saying "good news, new student! We'll give you 3K for travel!" I'm OK with that. Travel = education.
