Anyone got any clue what this sign is supposed to accomplish? It's posted in a neighborhood on the edge of Rock Creek Park.

I got it! Finally. I think it's telling drivers to slow down (20 mph) b/c a hill blocks visibility. Silly me. I thought it was about the view, as in "look at that nice view." Dummy.
