Right she is! Mullein...not lamb's ear. That explains my gardening friend's bafflement when I confidently told gestured to the plants and said "and look at my enormous lamb's ear!" She politely didn't argue with me but she said "I dunno... I've never seen lamb's ear that big." Thanks Kitt's mom.

Heh. I have some of that, too, but Mom informed me it's not lamb's ears but mullein. It's enormous this year. It looks prehistoric to me.
