It was indeed perfect weather that day. But don't let that fool you. DC weather in the spring, summer, and fall is often icky hot and icky humid. You might think you'd like months and months of hot and humid weather but you gotta live it a few years (or decades) to fully appreciate how miserable it can be. Air conditioning is the only thing standing between me and a move to Canada (or the Pacific Northwest).
