When we harvest salads for dinner we just take a few leaves from each plant and that seems to do very well. This weather has been great for the greens, unfortunately I lost a good deal of my early seedlings to cutworms so I'm more looking forward to the hot weather so my tomatoes can take off.

So are you going to "cut and come again" with the lettuce or re-seed or both? I'm trying both this year to see what works best.
I'm definitely a cut and come again person. It suits my "make no plans" style of gardening.
