Perplexing bumper stickers seen in Maryland.

I recognize Don Quixote in the lower right and possibly a cross in the upper left but what does all of this mean?? Random images or a single coherent message?

Nice mix of bumper stickers,esp the one on the lower right. In May I ate mussels at Bertha's in Baltimore for the first time in my very long life!
