Nonplussed. What a bad, bad word. So confusing. So often misused. So often the cause of me having to stop reading whatever I'm reading to, once again, look it up. It does not mean "unimpressed" or "indifferent." It means "confused" or "perplexed." Maybe blogging about it will imprint it on my brain.

Haha. You are such an editor. I use this word as a synonym to unperturbed. Sometimes the meaning of words change with time.
Gah. I meant to edit the comment before posting. the definition of a word can change with time.
I too have always thought of it as a synonym for less-than-impressed. I kind of like the word, probably because I am frequently...nonplussed...
