That captures it exactly! Don't YOU think they're creepy? I thought of you today while listening to someone being interviewed about water (lack of). He said that the population in Colorado has grown by 30% in the last 15 years or so. That's huge!
It would be striking and gorgeous in a different setting. It's just placed badly. In an Asian-style garden it would be spectacular.
