My theory on Oliver's wool-garment-dragging behavior is this: 100% wool will always retain some lanolin from the sheep (or whatever) animal it came from. Oliver considers that a "kill" and he brings it to the food area as his contribution to the meal. He's a dear. Quite mad but a dear.
