

Thanks to blogger Kitt, I've now tried my hand at making spinach pies with phyllo dough. Hard to work with! But very tasty. I'll be doing this one again. And maybe one day I'll make pretty ones, instead of these that look like leftovers from a very bad meal.

i tried once to work on apetizers, best thing is to follow instrucctions closely on the phyllo part.
Hey, those look pretty awesome! And it's the taste that's most important.
